Tunisian Salad (slata Tounsiya But Tiffah)

Ingredients

  • 4 small cucumbers, peeld and diced
  • 1 small red onion, peeled and diced
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 3 green peppers, cored, seeded and diced
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 1 tablespoon dried mint
  • 1 small black olives
  • fresh mint leaves

Recipe

  • 1 mix together all the chopped vegetables and apples in a large salad bowel.
  • 2 add lemon juice and sprinkle with the dried mint.
  • 3 salt to taste.
  • 4 dress with olives and fresh mint leaves.
  • 5 serve immediately.
