Tunisian Salad (slata Tounsiya But Tiffah)

Ingredients
- 4 small cucumbers, peeld and diced
- 1 small red onion, peeled and diced
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 3 green peppers, cored, seeded and diced
- 2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 tablespoon dried mint
- 1 small black olives
- fresh mint leaves
Recipe
- 1 mix together all the chopped vegetables and apples in a large salad bowel.
- 2 add lemon juice and sprinkle with the dried mint.
- 3 salt to taste.
- 4 dress with olives and fresh mint leaves.
- 5 serve immediately.
