- 2 zucchini, peeled
- 3/4 cup raw tahini
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/2 tablespoon cumin

- 1 combine all ingredients and blend until smooth in a blender or food processor. serve w/pita chips or raw veggies.
