Zucchini Appetizer

Ingredients

• 3 cups zucchini, thinly sliced
• 1 cup bisquick baking mix
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 1 teaspoon salt or 1 teaspoon salt substitute
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 1/2 cup onion, chopped
• 2 teaspoons parsley
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano
• 1/2 cup olive oil

Recipe

• 1 preheat over 350 degrees spray 13x9x2 baking dish.
• 2 combine ingredients stir until smooth.
• 3 pour into baking dish.
• 4 bake 25 minutes until golden brown and knife comes out clean.
• 5 serve warm.
