Ingredients

- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups zucchini
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon margarine
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup swiss cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 cook spinach according to package instructions. drain; add nutmeg.
- 3 slice zucchini.
- 4 grate parmesan and swiss (amounts in recipe for grated cheese).
- 5 combine zucchini, water, margarine, and seasoned salt in skillet. cover; steam for 5 minutes.
- 6 mix parmesan and swiss cheeses. in 8-inch casserole, layer spinach, zucchini, and cheese.
- 7 mixture. bake for 20 minutes.
