Zucchini And Spinach Casserole

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 cups zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon margarine
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup swiss cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 cook spinach according to package instructions. drain; add nutmeg.
  • 3 slice zucchini.
  • 4 grate parmesan and swiss (amounts in recipe for grated cheese).
  • 5 combine zucchini, water, margarine, and seasoned salt in skillet. cover; steam for 5 minutes.
  • 6 mix parmesan and swiss cheeses. in 8-inch casserole, layer spinach, zucchini, and cheese.
  • 7 mixture. bake for 20 minutes.
