Wine Flavored Fish Fillets

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 1 celery, sliced
  • 1 small onion, peeled and sliced
  • 2 sprigs parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 lbs fish fillets
  • 1 cup wine
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 slice the vegetables, and simmer in butter until nearly done. cut fish fillets in serving pieces and arrange over vegetables. pour on the wine, and season. cook covered over low heat until fish is tender and sauce is slightly thickened.
