Wine Cake

Ingredients
- 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
- 1/3 cup water
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup sherry wine (or any type of rum)
- confectioners' sugar, for dusting
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan.
- 3 in a large bowl, stir cake mix and pudding mix.
- 4 make a well in the center and pour in oil, water, eggs, and sheery (or rum).
- 5 beat on low speed until blended, then scrape bowl and beat 4 minutes medium speed.
- 6 pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or unitl a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- 7 let cool for 15 minutes, then turn out onto a serving plate and cool completely.
- 8 dust top with powdered sugar. enjoy!
