Whole Wheat Corn Bread

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 8 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Recipe

  • 1 mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • 2 mix wet ingredients in a small bowl.
  • 3 add wet ingredients to the dry and mix just until smooth.
  • 4 bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes.
  • 5 use an 8x8 square pan or 12 muffin tins.
