Ingredients
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- 2 mix wet ingredients in a small bowl.
- 3 add wet ingredients to the dry and mix just until smooth.
- 4 bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes.
- 5 use an 8x8 square pan or 12 muffin tins.
