Ingredients

- 2 lbs sorrel
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons raisins
Recipe
- 1 strip and wash sorrel.
- 2 cook in a saucepan with no additional water, until wilted.
- 3 drain, if necessary.
- 4 stir in butter and sugar and simmer a few minutes.
- 5 add raisins.
