Zucchini Honey Bread

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 cups zucchini, shredded
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 cup vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 combine dry ingredients, combine zucchini and remaining ingredients in another bowl.stirring well.add to dry flour ingredients.just till dry ingredients are moistened.
- 2 spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 8x4" pans.
- 3 bake at 350* for 1 hour and 10 minutes or wooden toothpick comes out clean when inserted near the center.
- 4 cool in pan on rack for 10 minutes.
- 5 remove from pan and complete cooling.
