Szechuan Green Beans

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
  • 6 cups green beans, tipped and tailed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon szechwan pepper
  • 1/8 cup peanuts

Recipe

  • 1 in oil mix garlic and red pepper flakes
