nutmeg mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 3/4 cup white
  • 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • clean and slice mushrooms.
  • combine all ingredients in a skillet and cook over medium heat until the comes to a boil. reduce heat to low and cook until mushrooms are tender. remove from heat and serve while hot.
