Ingredients

- 1 1/4 lbs baking potatoes, peeled and very thinly sliced
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl combine potatoes and 1/4tsp salt in cold water to cover potatoes.
- 2 let soak for 30 minutes and drain well.
- 3 blot slices to dry.
- 4 preheat oven to 350'
- 5 line a baking sheet with foil and spray with pam baking spray.
- 6 arrange potato slices in a single layer and bake, turning potatoes occasionally so they don't stick and so they can brown evenly.
- 7 bake 30-45 minutes or until crisp.
- 8 sprinkle with remaining salt.
