Weight Watchers Potato Chips

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/4 lbs baking potatoes, peeled and very thinly sliced
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl combine potatoes and 1/4tsp salt in cold water to cover potatoes.
  • 2 let soak for 30 minutes and drain well.
  • 3 blot slices to dry.
  • 4 preheat oven to 350'
  • 5 line a baking sheet with foil and spray with pam baking spray.
  • 6 arrange potato slices in a single layer and bake, turning potatoes occasionally so they don't stick and so they can brown evenly.
  • 7 bake 30-45 minutes or until crisp.
  • 8 sprinkle with remaining salt.
