Spinach And Mushroom Salad

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lb spinach
  • 1/4 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 place bacon in a large, deep skillet.
  • 2 cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.
  • 3 crumble and set aside.
  • 4 reserve 2 tablespoons bacon fat.
  • 5 place eggs in a saucepan and cover completely with cold water.
  • 6 bring water to a boil.
