Tangy French Dressing

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup catsup
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in blender and mix at high speed for 3 minutes.
  • 2 variations: use honey mustard if you prefer a sweeter taste, or dijon mustard if you prefer a spicier taste.
  • 3 no onion salt? finely dice 1/2 small onion and add 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
  • 4 no garlic powder? mince 2 cloves of fresh garlic.
