Tangy French Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup catsup
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in blender and mix at high speed for 3 minutes.
- 2 variations: use honey mustard if you prefer a sweeter taste, or dijon mustard if you prefer a spicier taste.
- 3 no onion salt? finely dice 1/2 small onion and add 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
- 4 no garlic powder? mince 2 cloves of fresh garlic.
